International College of Portsmouth (ICP) 是 Unviersity of Portsmouth 的附屬學院，成立於 2009 年。是 Unviersity of Portsmouth 和 Navitas 共同協辦。學院提供了大學銜接、First Year Degree、碩士預備課程和英文課程。
